In 2004 Bruce set out to pursue a dream of combining all that he had learned in his father’s pizzerias with the old world simplicity of his grandmother’s recipes for Italian dishes. Leaving upstate New York and settling with his family in North Florida. He believed in hiding nothing from the customer and creating a dining experience that is similar to a “normal Sunday dinner” at his grandparents where food is a “big deal”! Guests are welcome to engage the cooks as well as watch every step of their meal preparation. Nothing is fried, nothing is microwaved, and everything is prepared in house.
“Our main focus is pizza, though. It’s what we do!” We make the dough fresh daily using only bottled water to maintain a consistent product. If I had to pick the one menu item that I would want to represent our image, it would be the Ponte Vedra Pizza. Not only is it named after the very place that our journey began but, it encompasses the best of what we do. Fresh dough, olive oil and spices, fresh mozzarella, red onions, homemade meatballs and Arugula. It’s the answer to the, “What should I get”, question!”
